Terms and Conditions

HPC Training Seminars Are Subject to the Following Terms and Conditions:

Payment Policy: A check covering the cost of tuition, payable to HPC Technical Services, must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to the start of class. Purchase Order Number, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy: When canceling 3-weeks, or more, in advance, the student shall receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Once inside this 3-week window, payments are considered non-refundable. Instead HPC will issue a credit in the full amount, minus $200, for registration in a future Seminar date. No-Shows shall not receive any credit. HPC Technical Services reserves the right to cancel any Seminar within 10-working days of the scheduled date. Fees are 100% refunded or credited to another Seminar(clients’ choice) if HPC should cancel any Seminar. HPC is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or other travel expenses under any circumstance.

HPC’s Schedule and Locations are tentative, and Seminar detail and prices are subject to change without notice. All Seminars have a maximum and minimum enrollment and these values vary as a function of Seminar content, location and assigned instructor.

All text and classroom instruction offered with it are designed to acquaint students with generally accepted good practice for operation or maintenance of equipment and/or systems.

They do not purport to be complete nor are they intended to be specific for the products of any manufacturer and H Parker & Company, Inc. (d/b/a HPC Technical Services) will not accept any liability whatsoever for the work undertaken on the basis of the text or classroom instruction. The manufacturer’s operating and maintenace specifications are the only reliable guide in any specific instance; and where they are not complete, the manufacturer should be consulted.
